Our Mission

Operation Underground Railroad (O.U.R.) exists to shine a light worldwide on the global epidemic of child sex trafficking, and in so doing rescue more children from slavery and assist law enforcement to seek justice for those who violate children. While our focus remains on children, we assist survivors of all ages to bring them safety and healing. We place survivors on a path to recovery by partnering with vetted aftercare providers or by placing them with families.

Where We Work

Countries We Work In

About the communities we work in

Operation Underground Railroad (O.U.R.) exists to rescue children from sex trafficking and sexual exploitation and ensure survivors receive the care they need. In the United States, O.U.R. Aftercare connects survivors with resources such as medical care, mental health services, vocational training, college scholarships and other services. Domestically, O.U.R. does not conduct or participate in investigations, operations or enforcement action, but rather supports law enforcement agencies and offers resources to assist them in their efforts against human trafficking and sexual exploitation.
Around the world, the O.U.R. Ops Team develops relationships with foreign governments and assists their law enforcement agencies to develop intelligence and execute operations and rescue efforts. Once victims are identified and rescued, O.U.R. Aftercare connects them with vetted, in-country aftercare centers. Our team continues to provide follow-up care for these survivors and supports the aftercare homes in their efforts to provide quality aftercare services.
